Serenity Trustee SA is part of a management owned Swiss headquartered group providing multi-family office services specialised in private and commercial structuring. As a medium-sized “boutique” provider, we emphasize on personal relations built upon longevity and trust.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Trust Manager.

Job description

  • Administer a diverse portfolio of trust structures (including companies) for global clients, monitoring the structures from an administrative, financial and regulatory perspective.
  • Providing exceptional client service, building and maintaining trust with clients, showing an understanding of their needs
  • Collaborate with parties such as financial advisors, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants to provide excellent administration services.
  • Monitor regularly client structures review, perform regular checks to ensure alignment with client goals and risk tolerance
  • Develop and implement strategies for trust accounts, considering tax implications and investment goals
  • Educate clients on trust services and assist on estate planning and wealth management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trust and estate planning trends, tax laws and regulatory changes
  • Work with Compliance team to ensure adherence to AML & FinIA duties
  • Mentoring a trust officer in the team

Profile required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration
  • TEP
  • 5-10 years of Trust Administration experience
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal. Any additional language is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client service skills
  • Exceptional organization skills with a fine attention to detail
  • Team player with the humility to guide and to learn.
  • A firm knowledge of AML/regulatory framework, FATCA/CRS principles
  • A general understanding of international tax law and more specifically UK
  • Extensive experience and ease in the use of IT packages including Microsoft office
  • Proven problem solving skills
