Reception Services
- Receive visitors by welcoming and announcing them appropriately
- Receive and relay incoming phone calls & manage ones for absent persons
- Providing beverages to clients
- Prepares meeting rooms and lounges before and after visitors
- Closely interact with Front and business functions, anticipate and respond to their needs
- Organize and prepare reception services during Executive Committees
- Prepare and organize business meals (including table service)
- Provide support with service during events within the bank
Logistics
- Stewardship

General Services
- Offering a professional and endearing service at all times
- Comply with departmental and company policies, procedures and service standard
- Manage supplier contacts
- Operate reservations upon request (travel, restaurant, hotel, etc.)
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing
- Stock control food and beverage, stationery
Key responsabilities
Professional experience & Education
- Hospitality management or commercial education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position or in luxury hotel industry in a receptionist position with ideally office management expertise
- Previous experience in Private Banking
