- Assistance to B2B and B2C clients for order placement and provision of comprehensive information
- Efficient management of orders, transactions, and tracking of shipments and deliveries
- Proactive response to customer inquiries about products through various communication channels

- Analysis of customer feedback, interdepartmental collaboration, and generation of reports to improve customer service
- Fluent in both Swiss German and French languages
- Proficient in handling B2B and B2C client interactions and order management tasks
