ERP Specialist

In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for an :

ERP Specialist

Main activities

• Support and maintain the SAP Business One environment, including "add-ons" and integrations
• Responsible for managing technical operations
• Participate in ERP continuous improvement, manage incidents and changes
• Ensure backlog is well-planned for implementation, in line with business priorities and capacity constraints
• In charge of ETL Magic used to extract, transform and load data from various sources (SAP business One, EDI, Salesforce, eShop Shopify, Kissflow-)
• Enable and create monitoring capability to alert, control and secure the safest business and employee working conditions
• Ensure respect of security rules, especially related to data and IT security. Actively contribute to improve them when appropriate
• Participate in ERP projects for Geneva headquarter and international subsidiaries
• Undertake any other specific tasks assigned by the management

Your profile

• University, EPF, or HES degree in engineering or IT

• Experience working with ERP systems (specifically SAP Business One) and SQL skills would be an asset

• At least 5 years of experience in "Service Management"
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology
• Fluent in French and English
