The main responsibilities will be:
Develop sales growth and profitability within the specified geographical area.
Generate new profitable accounts aligned with organizational objectives and strategy.
Cultivate technical and commercial relationships with decision-makers.
Foster value-adding relationships to ensure goal achievement and customer satisfaction.
Efficiently plan and prioritize commercial activities and customer contacts using provided tools.
Create a geographic account plan to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date customer information and business plans in the CRM system.
Utilize sales statistics to identify and prioritize targets, develop action plans, and optimize sales.
Cultivate business relationships with healthcare sector stakeholders and decision-makers.
Retain and develop existing customers by consistently offering solutions and adapting to their needs.
Provide support to customers in non-product areas such as logistics or claims management.
Attend and participate in congresses and events, including product demonstrations at industry stands.

Successful sales experience of products or services.
Desired experience in wound care or medical devices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in sales techniques.
Autonomous, dynamic, with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to take personal responsibility for daily work and tasks.
Proficiency in English and Italian.
