While you will be employed by Biognosys AG with work location in Schlieren, you will become part of the Bruker Global IT Customer Service Center Team and benefit from a very large network of IT professionals worldwide.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in daily IT operations for all requests from employees from Biognosys, as well as Bruker companies worldwide
- Performing activities within 1st and 2nd level support according to ITIL standards
- Coordination and escalation of tickets to the next support level and its monitoring
- Supporting activities within the scope of problem management
- Supporting activities in the context of change management
- Supporting activities in the context of implementation projects of new information technologies
- Completed studies in the field of computer science/business informatics or comparable IT education
- Ideally practical experience in IT helpdesk
- Ideally practical experience in the administration of end user devices (hardware & software)
- Good understanding of processes and basic knowledge of business administration
- High willingness to actively shape changes and strong passion to engage with new technologies and trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent, analytical, and structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken English
