Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated person with knowledge of procurement and supply chain management. Creating, sending and monitoring orders and checking order confirmations. Checking and releasing invoices. Optimization of supply chain processes. Maintaining existing vendors and developing new vendors. Implementing cost control measures.

Requirements

Basic Education: Completed basic technical training (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineer) / Education background in finance and accounts

Further Education: Specialist Certificate or equivalent further training in supply chain management

Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 Years in a similar role

Languages

English (Fluent), Conversant with local languages like French, Portuguese, Spanish and German is a plus
