IT Support Specialist (Lvl1)
Our hiring company is a booming SME active within the aviation industry. They created a job offer for a IT Support Specialist (Lvl1) to integrate into their teams in Geneva, Switzerland location.
- Good English level (B2+/C1, professional working proficiency) AND French (C1, fluent)
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Support
- Recently graduated in engineering studies (either CFC, bachelors or equivalent)
- Someone willing to go on-site on a daily basis to Geneva
- Some who is flexible & likes working under pressure
- Ideally some experience on the Apple environment (Mac, OS, iPhone)
- Answer & manage the ticketing system for Support Level 1 (and potentially Level 2)
- Handling all technical support rquests
- Troubleshooting malfunctions (laptops, video conference, printers, etc.)
- Installation of the computer equipment
- Training users & ensuring support
- Transfering complex incidents to the appropriate internal IT teams
