As E-Learning Administrator at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are the single point of contact for all e-learning activities of the Bank in Switzerland and in our international locations. You demonstrate a high level of internal client orientation, hands-on service mentality and a high degree of responsibility for the planning, timely delivery and reporting of e-learnings rolled out across the globe. 

• Responsible for the global Learning Management System (Moodle/Totara), i.e. managing user access, setting up trainings and certifications, customizing modules, evaluating the technical feasibility of e-learning training requests and managing external vendors related to the Bank's Learning Management System (LMS)
• Provide guidance and e-learning advice to various stakeholders on all levels
• Create meaningful training reports/ analysis and conduct periodical reviews of the existing training landscape

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Additional training in the area of E-Learning Administration or at least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of a global LMS
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills as well as experience with LMS systems Moodle/Totara
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with various stakeholder in different departments across the globe
• Hands-on mentality and capability to work independently 
• Fluency in German and English
