We have a selection of the finest drinks from Great Britain and Ireland and further beyond, a specially selected offering of single malt whiskies, some classic wines, bespoke Penny cocktails, and food from all over the world. • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of pub culture
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
