Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (French&English)

Business Analyst / Requirement Engineer vacancy requiring profound Insurance knowledge as well as Fluent in French & English for a globally operating Vaud based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Collecting and understanding user needs
• Participating in and coordinating the various parties involved
• Identifying and evaluating possible solutions
• Supporting, analyzing, and estimating business requirements
• Formulating functional and non-functional requirements
• Translating business requirements into system requirements, considering economic, organizational, and technical conditions

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of IT and project management
• Solid background in the Non-Life insurance sector
• IREB Certification
• Higher professional education or University degree in business economics, economic analysis or information systems
• Language skills: German, French and English - fluent in written and spoken

• Organized, rigorous and solution- and customer-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy and ability to work as part of a team
