Middle School German Teacher, for August 2024

Essential to have:
- German as a mother tongue
- Qualified teaching status
- Understanding of Middle School philosophy and best practice
- Experience teaching German as a foreign language at the middle school level (grades 6-8)
- Understanding of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
- Ability to differentiate for diverse learning needs
- Effective communication skills with students, colleagues and parents
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Experience using digital technology to support student learning
- Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and active participation in school life
Very desirable to have:
- EDK teaching status recognition
- Experience working in an International School context
- Experience in developing German continua
