To strengthen the Management Team of the group at our headquarter in Wallisellen we are looking for a dynamic

Project Assistant

Tasks:

Reporting to the management team and working closely with the real estate team as well as other group executives, including but not limited to:

  • Responsible for marketing and communication activities on group level including preparation of the annual report, press releases and other online communication (website, social media)
  • Responsible for the marketing activities of the real estate company and support other group companies
  • Market research and analysis
  • Define and ensure implementation of style guides, support various presentations
  • Support the finance team with preparation with various analyses for controlling, planning and valuation
  • Support of M&A transactions, including due diligence, transaction planning and execution
  • Support management of stock option programs
  • Manage the annual risk analysis process incl. regular review of framework
  • Manage the group’s sustainability/ESG initiatives
  • Lead the headquarters digitization initiative with active involvement
  • Secure the storage of all critical documents on Holding level
  • Oversight of group shareholdings and maintain organizational charts
  • Support preparation and presentations in Board Meetings, including consequential preparation of minutes and action plans
  • Support the small team by taking phone calls, welcoming guests
  • Manage travel arrangements and bookings
  • Conception, planning and implementation of various events

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, business-engineering, finance or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including marketing, management consulting, business development or controlling - in an SME environment
  • High IT affinity and very good MS Office skills (specifically Power Point and Excel)
  • High level of analytical thinking, quick comprehension and precise, quality-oriented and reliable way of working
  • Proven track record supporting and managing business transactions
  • Ability to understand the diverse business models and different market environments
  • Experienced and demonstrated aptitude both managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives
  • Fluency in English and German (incl. writing), French is a plus
  • A good technical/engineering affinity/understanding is highly valued
