We are looking for a Senior Executive & Personal Assistant for a Try and Hire.

You must be immediately available and fluent in both English and French.

Kindly note that the Personal Assistance part of the role will represent 20% of your daily job.

Our client is a Swiss company based in Geneva.

Missions

• Executive Support:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

• Personal Assistance:

  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Coordinate personal travel and manage personal appointments.
  • Handle personal correspondence and communications.

• Administrative Tasks:

  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Prepare expense reports and manage budgets.
  • Coordinate special projects and events.

Profil du candidat

• Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
