Swiss Fund Representative (temporary)
For our client, a well-known international bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Swiss Fund Representative (4-6 months).
Job description
- Review and drafting of marketing documents
- Acquisition of new clients
- Reviewing and monitoring fund documentation and ensuring its conformity with Swiss regulatory requirements
- Drafting and negotiating agreements (like Representative, Paying Agent, and Distribution Agreements)
- Drafting and coordinate request to the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA)
- Responding to existing client's enquiry in regards of distribution of foreign collective investment schemes
- KYC/due diligence: collection of required documents/information from client, input and submit on KYC Platform
- Monitoring of distribution partners
- Monitoring of local regulations and supporting to implement new regulations
Profile
- Banking apprenticeship or similar
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Switzerland
- Legal or paralegal background desired
- Knowledge of and experience with collective investment schemes
- Service- and client-oriented way of working
- German and English fluently in both speaking and writing
