Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator (m/w/d)

Project Governance and Reporting
- Collaborate with the CFO to design and implement a scalable project governance structure that drives consistency and accountability across all business lines.
- Establish and manage project approval and reporting mechanisms for the Company Leadership Team.
- Improve project templates and workflows in Wrike for efficient project setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Configure automated reporting in Wrike for regular project updates and performance tracking.
PMO Support and Coordination
- Provide PMO support to Business Line Owners, offering guidance on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Work hands-on with critical stakeholders on high-priority initiatives, providing project management and coordination support.
- Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, driving project success from start to finish.
We seek an experienced and motivated individual who can take initiative and support projects across business lines. You will play a key role in establishing structured project management practices and providing essential PMO support to leadership and business owners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on establishing governance and reporting structures.
- Experience with project management tools, especially Wrike, and a strong understanding of automated reporting and project tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and business line owners.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of German or other languages being a plus.
