Job Description
Our team mission is to provide helpful insight of our financials to our internal stakeholders. Due to an internal promotion of the current jobholder, we are looking for an experienced Controlling Specialist to join our team, headquartered in Thalwil. You will be reporting to the Group Controlling Manager. Our team set-up is very international, and you will work closely with our Group Consolidation team located in Thalwil and with global Finance and Accounting teams as well as with managers from our sites located across the globe.

Your Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly reporting analysis to the attention of the management
- Dedicated controlling business partner for several departments
- Budget elaboration: planning, analysis, and guidance
- Prepare and enhance group management reports
- Participation in various controlling-related projects
- Ad-hoc analysis to the attention of the management
Your Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field of studies
- 3-4 years of working experience in Controlling
- High affinity to numbers, analytical thinking, ability to present financial insight in a custom-oriented way
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; especially Excel
- Proactive and self-driven working manner
- Experience with Tagetik and SAP are a plus
- Pronounced service mentality and team spirit
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and in writing are mandatory, any other languages are an asset
- Swiss-or EU-citizen or valid work permit for Switzerland
