These are your key tasks:
- Coordinate and facilitate project group meetings including meeting invites, attendees list, agenda items
- Join all project group meetings with a keen ear to capture relevant planning items including but not limited to dates, dependencies, actions, unresolved points, etc.
- Assist with creation and continual maintenance of project management software setup (e.g., Monday.com)
- Create relevant MS Teams team setup, cloud file storage
- When feasible, draft client, creative, production, or tracking briefs
- Create presentation materials

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing/Communications role
- Experience in the Sports or Events industry is an advantage
- Bachelor degree or similar higher education in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Solid understanding of the media landscape
- Fluent in English, with excellent English writing skills
- Proficient in Office suite and cloud-based productivity tools
- PowerPoint mastery
- Good knowledge of project management tools
- Flexible and efficient under pressure, deadlines, and in stressful situations
- Able to organize, manage, and execute projects of all sizes
- Effective working in both team environments or independently, in both management or support roles
- Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges
- Willingness to travel at least one week per month and/or for the duration of defined tournament time (1-2 per year)
