Requirements
- Conceptualization, structuring and preparation of project schedules at various levels of detail for large planning and implementation projects in the pharmaceutical environment
- Determining the project framework conditions and interfaces at the start of the project
- Identification of work packages and their dependencies
- Mapping the project process with industry-standard programs
- Determining the progress of the project and tracking milestones
- Communication and reporting of scheduling to customers, planning partners, executing companies and other stakeholders
What the candidate provides
- Sound experience in scheduling, experience in construction management or project management advantageous
- Confident handling of Microsoft Project, knowledge of Primavera advantageous
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience in the GMP environment advantageous
