Are you a master's student passionate about technology, biotechnology and eager to make a meaningful impact in a cutting-edge industry? Join our dynamic team , a pioneering biotech firm dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through innovative solutions.
Your role:
- In alignment with our main CMC development functions, design and deploy innovative and effective solutions to address the complexity of flows of materials identified as "consumables" throughout the site, considering the challenges of speed and agility in process development and clinical manufacturing.
- Propose disruptive ideas and potentially elaborate technological options that will lead us to the next level of performance.
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline inventory management, procurement, and distribution of consumables.
- Provide ongoing support to lab staff and production teams to address any operational challenges and optimize workflow efficiency.
Your profile :
- Currently enrolled in a master's program in Management, Technology and Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in workflow management.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
