We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations at our manufacturing and office location in Dietikon. You will lead the accounting team in Switzerland and will act as the local controller for the country as you'll ensure accurate reporting, drive process improvements, and provide strategic financial leadership.

• Lead month-end closing, ensuring accurate reporting to headquarters.
• Prepare financial statements (local GAAP and US GAAP).
• Provide financial guidance to the local leadership team.
• Conduct variance analysis and optimize working capital.

• Degree or vocational training in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Experience with D365, SAP, Excel, and ideally Power BI.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
