You hold a diploma as IT Technician (CFC or equivalent), you are a very good level of English and French in written and spoken, you have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT, excellent knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune-Azure, Microsoft Windows 10 and Group Policy Management; you have a sense of ownership, accountability and prioritization; you are detail and customer-oriented; you have very good organizational skills and a proactive mindset and you hold a driving license. Then we are interested by your profile as we are looking for an IT Workplace Specialist and Senior Service Desk Technician who will manage the following missions:
Microsoft Desktop Operating System Management (evolution, patches, optimization & troubleshooting)
Applications on the workstation Management (application packaging, new software requests)
TeamViewer Management Console
Group Policy Management
Technical support remote and on-site, operating ina Windows and Mac environment
Setup and configuration of new hardware, Installation and management of hardware drivers and equipment
Follow-up on IT repairs, keep track of equipment/consumable spares
