Swiss qualified M&A Lawyer or Accountant - Ticino
AP Executive has been assigned to find an experienced M&A lawyer or accountant for one of our international clients with offices strategically placed across the globe. Our valued client is specialised in mainly providing professional expertise regarding cross-border transactions. Their services also include company searches for mergers and acquisition, divestitures, joint ventures and they have established an excellent reputation for leading strategic middle-market company advisory services globally. The ideal candidate will need to be Swiss professionally qualified with a minimum of 5 years PQE. Possess a strong network of potential clients in the Ticino region of Switzerland. The role requires fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken. If you are currently working self-employed or on a freelance basis and looking to benefit from being part of a strategic network dealing with international clients this opportunity is for you. A generous and incentivised commission structure is being offered.
