IT Services Lead Solutions Architect
Define the architectural solution of the IT Services management platform and coordinate the implementation of the solution following enterprise architecture paradigms and profitability.
Lead the integration solutions of the service platform with legacy and third party systems via scalable and reliable interfaces.
Understand business requirements and conduct the services implementation in line with the architecture assets and the platform evolution strategy
Maintain the IT Services platform, actively participate in the incidence resolutions, manage the system upgrade and enhance the platform building blocks to support the services scaling and new business requirements.
Implementing and continuous improving the agile software development process with the goal of effective and efficient scaling by nearshore development teams
Being responsible for the extended workbenches deliverables, coordinate the IT Services platform daily business, and strength the business relations with our partners and suppliers.
Support and plan the "Automated Testing" of the services platform according to KPMG's test strategy
Leading on a functional and technical level of internal and external teams for software development, testing, deployment and maintenance purposes.
Completed apprenticeship in computer science and / or bachelor's degree in computer science
Solid fundamentals on IT services management and ITIL processes in general.
Having good knowledge of Service Catalogue, CMDB, Project Modules
Well-founded skills to understand complex business requirements and to translate them into technical requirements
Proven knowledge and experience in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), DevOps, CI/CD, TDD and Application Lifecycle Management process as well as technologies such as Web Services (REST / SOAP) and tools like Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
Experiences as Product Owner are key for the platform management and the future evolution of the position
Experience in design, implement, configure and customize ServiceNow Platform, Service Now Modules, CypherCloud, Sharepoint and other IaaS / PaaS / SaaS technologies are an important plus.
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies, you are highly motivated and enjoy innovation
You are fluent and communicate very well in English. German skills are an advantage
