Duties and responsibilities:
Lead on projects and changes impacting Customer Service area
Run the design phase of changes including Impact analysis, agent & customer experience mapping
Use various CEX methodologies to define all customer and CS agent processes
Ensure operational readiness of small & medium changes in a timely and cost-conscious manner & deliver all stakeholder relevant communication and reporting
Act as a customer champion - to ensure that their needs are what always drives the work in the organization
Ensure strong collaboration with Project Team, Management, CS Agents and other stakeholders across the organization
Use your solid understanding of processes and programs to drive your designs & concepts
What we look for in an applicant:
Solid knowledge and relevant university studies in Business, Project Management or a related field
Experience in a similar position, preferably Change Management or Customer Experience Design
Hands-on experience designing holistic, omni-channel customer journeys within Customer Service
Can-do and hands-on mentality, with a flexible and open-minded personality
Able to quickly grasp business processes, operations and procedures
Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, comfortable with change and working with people on all levels of an organization
Business fluent in English and Understanding level of German
