Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead on projects and changes impacting Customer Service area
  • Run the design phase of changes including Impact analysis, agent & customer experience mapping
  • Use various CEX methodologies to define all customer and CS agent processes
  • Ensure operational readiness of small & medium changes in a timely and cost-conscious manner & deliver all stakeholder relevant communication and reporting
  • Act as a customer champion - to ensure that their needs are what always drives the work in the organization
  • Ensure strong collaboration with Project Team, Management, CS Agents and other stakeholders across the organization
  • Use your solid understanding of processes and programs to drive your designs & concepts

What we look for in an applicant:

  • Solid knowledge and relevant university studies in Business, Project Management or a related field
  • Experience in a similar position, preferably Change Management or Customer Experience Design
  • Hands-on experience designing holistic, omni-channel customer journeys within Customer Service
  • Can-do and hands-on mentality, with a flexible and open-minded personality
  • Able to quickly grasp business processes, operations and procedures
  • Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, comfortable with change and working with people on all levels of an organization
  • Business fluent in English and Understanding level of German
