We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a People & Culture Business Partner and People Development Manager. This dual role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee P&C operations while also shaping our people development initiatives.
- Provide P&C Guidance: Consult with line management to offer daily guidance on People & Culture matters.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze trends and metrics within the P&C department to inform decision-making.
- Employee Relations: Resolve complex employee relations issues, address grievances, and improve work relationships and productivity.
- Project Leadership: Lead and participate in P&C-related projects that align with business goals.
- Coaching: Offer coaching to employees and supervisors to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Talent Management: Drive talent management discussions, act as a Business Partner, and organize Talent Conferences within your area of responsibility.
- Training Strategy: Develop and implement training plans in collaboration with relevant teams and managers.
- Training Coordination: Independently plan, communicate, and follow up on all training activities.
- Performance Management: Oversee the annual performance management process via SuccessFactors, including evaluations.
- Learning Management: Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) "VORyou Training," including selecting external trainers and organizing training sessions.
- Tool Administration: Act as an admin for various internal tools, including our intranet and partner providers.
- Facilitation: Conduct and moderate trainings and workshops to enhance employee development.
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- International Experience: Experience working in international businesses and matrix organizations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills in both German and English.
- Educational Background: A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as P&C, Business Administration, or Education, with in-depth P&C knowledge.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or adult education, preferably within international companies.
- Technical Skills: Experience administering Learning Management Systems and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
