The IOC and apprenticeship: For the IOC, apprenticeship is a commitment to the future and the local training of young people, in close collaboration with schools in the region in order to contribute to the training of future professionals, such as than you !
The IOC supports young people and engages each year to train new apprentices by opening apprenticeship places so that the new generation can discover what is going on behind the Olympic Games and our different sectors of activity, so why not you ?

The missions that await you for the next 3 years:
Olympic Studies Center Library:
Participate in the document circuit including purchases, cataloging, indexing, and provision
Actively contribute to the loan and information service as well as interlibrary loan
Participate in the process of newsletters, management of print and online / digital periodicals
Contribute to digitization: preparation of batches, quality assurance of digitization, uploading
Help in the management of visits: answers to simple requests and participation in visits
Provide support for the overall management of collections and the annual inventory
Contribute to the posting of pages or content on our Olympic World Library.
The image collections and archives service:
Catalog and index the IOC's photo and audiovisual archives, with the identification of the event, the sporting event and the athlete / natural or legal person (captions to be written in French and English)
Participate in the reconditioning and preservation work of photo and audiovisual archives
Participate in the preparation of inventories and research work on photo and audiovisual archives
Perform administrative work related to the reception of archives.
Contribute to the management of documents and users on the service's extranets
Provide support for information research for users
Participate in writing thematic articles for extranets
Provide optimal support and quality service with regard to internal and external requests; respond to requests and assist users.
