We are looking for a Head ofInternal Communication. In this position, you will:
Key responsibilities
Lead, create and guide the implementation of an holistic employee advocacy strategy providing employees with a sense of purpose (Regional Business Strategy Ambition)
Reinforcing a culture of dialogue and transparent communication approach within the organization encouraging a feedback and listening culture
Coordinate and coach local internal communication strategy and plans in consistency with the EMENA strategy
Lead the conception and production of a wide range of accurate and high-quality internal communications strategies, plans, materials, toolkit and guidance to be shared with key internal stakeholders and communication managers in the markets
Effectively lead, motivate and develop the communication team, including succession planning
Evolve and develop an "internal communication culture" in the organization developing the a skilled internal communication network across EMENA and developing communication skills across the organization providing coaching to senior management
Manage external and internal issues that may affect employees, anticipating, monitoring and ensuring senior management awareness
- Conceive and implement key employees engagement events and campaigns
Be the CEO counselor and support for all what concerns Internal Communication messages;
Leading and develop a small team of specialist
Required Profile
- Communications agency / journalism experience desirable
8+ years communications experience and experience working with senior leadership on communications
- Degree level education
- Project Management skills desirable
Excellent language skills in English is a must ; another language is a plus (French preferable)
