PMO Project Manager - Project Office Standards - vacancy requiring profound Project Office Standards knowledge for our Solothorn based client in the Energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Creating and enforcing standardized processes and tools for project delivery
• Ensuring projects adhere to established governance frameworks, compliance standards, and reporting requirements
• Conducting project audits, tracking progress, and measuring success based on defined key performance indicators
• Identifying areas of improvement in project methodologies, tools, and training
• Working closely with project teams to identify and manage risks
• Facilitating regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of project office standards

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experience setting and delivering project standards in project management, including experience in a PMO or similar governance role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Proven experience in standardization and development of project management frameworks, processes, and tools
• Proficient in project management software like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, and Asana
• Language skills: English - fluent, German would be advantageous

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
