Cash Services - Operations Specialist
We are looking for a profile for a famous private bank in Geneva :
Cash operation specialist -
Your main responsibilities :
Supervision of foreign exchange positions and their adjustments
Verification and recording of rates
FX Netting for all UBP Funds
CLS supervision
Verify data and process fiduciary transactions, checking issued SWIFT
Draw up a table of interest payments
Check the interest calculations and make corrections in the event of an error
Claim funds not repaid on maturity
GTmatch MT3xx controls
Daily reconciliations
Management of incoming and outgoing funds
Validation of incoming and outgoing funds
Internal support to the bank clients (RM, Branches, Legal & Compliance, Credits, Legal, Treasury and trading, etc..)
Processing statistical reporting
Project management and testing
Sundry administration tasks
Answering questions and solving problems
Support to internal client CCC
Previous experience of minimum 5 years experience in similar environment
Other Skills/Abilities
- French & English speaking (fluent)
- Other languages (a plus)
