As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to manage and prioritize a designated client portfolio, ensuring their needs are met with utmost priority.

Private Banker Assistant / Account Manager
  • Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client's needs in first place.
  • Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client's accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
  • Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
  • Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters.
  • Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts.

Description

  • Bachelor's or master's degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in the banking sector.
  • Proficiency in English, with exceptional communication skills tailored to both experts and non-experts.
  • A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering top-tier client service.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products and markets.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and Microsoft Office suite.
