To join our Analytics Solutions Team focusingon Commercial Excellence, we are now looking for an Engagement Manager.

Engagement Manager, Analytics Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • Manage project teams including internal & external resources in design, development and delivery client solutions, with limited senior management guidance.
  • Contribute to new business development and maintaining and strengthening client base. Review and analyse client requirements, develop and cost associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction with limited if any senior management input.
  • Develop and/or elevate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads. 
  • Provide follow-up with client after project deliverable have been completed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively mentor, coach and share subject matter expertise with junior team members; actively contributing to learning, development and recruiting.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of related experience including consulting and pharmaceutical industry experience (preferably Sales/Marketing/Business Intelligence & Forecasting). Master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines. Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
  • Strong sales skills and experience with proven of managing senior stakeholders and large accounts.
  • Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of key issues and developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
  • In-depth understanding of IQVIA data assets and the IQVIA core offerings, including Advance Analytics and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) commercial applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills. Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral).
