Junior Finance Analyst
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the monthly reporting process issuing timetables for approximately 30 reporting entities.
- Deliver reports and analysis to senior management including preparation of consolidated monthly bridges.
- Assist in the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes by compiling and consolidating results, preparing consolidated summaries for management (comparing forecasts to previous forecasts and prior year), and assembling forecast and budget documents for submission to corporate headquarters.
- Maintain and develop the monthly and quarterly forecast templates for regions and factories within the division.
- Manage the implementation of reporting changes across the division including new accounts and consolidation structure changes as well as managing the set up the access.
- Developing new reports as per management needs (including usage of power BI).
- Support the reporting companies in resolving issues with any reporting system escalating as necessary to the group for resolution.
- Participate in group projects within the area of responsibility.
Profile
- Minimum experience of 3 years in an equivalent role, ideally in a Big-4
- An accounting certification would be a plus
- Relevant business experience, including monthly reporting processes, forecasting and variance analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and confident communicating across the organization (across geographies; levels of seniority; and business functions)
- English fluent, with a good knowledge of French is a plus
- Curious, proactive, positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work under time pressure and meet deliverable deadlines.
