- Implement and maintain integration solutions using various protocols and formats, including but not limited to EDIFACT, X12, and XML.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation to ensure the accuracy and functionality of integration processes before deployment.
- Track carriers' data exchange KPIs and use the insights to proactively identify and implement improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve integration processes, support new product development, resolve technical issues promptly, and ensure smooth communication and data exchange with ocean carriers.
- Consistently document integration processes, issue resolutions, and workflow changes for easy referencing, training purposes, and knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with a focus on shipping and logistics.
- Experience in working with API integration and web services, especially with EDIFACT, X12, and XML formats.
- Basic understanding and familiarity with AS2 and FTP connections is required.
- Proficiency in English is a must; German speaking and writing skills at a B2 level suffice.
