Maintenance Technician F/U
Maintenance Technician for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
- Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly
- Performing scheduled maintenance tasks and keeping detailed records of maintenance activities
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure efficient operations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols and procedures
Your experience/knowledge:
- Strong background in environmental, health, and safety management, with a focus on risk assessment, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- High-level skills in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
- Proficient in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical utility systems such as WFI distribution, clean steam, and HVAC
- Deep understanding of GMP regulations and guidelines, particularly in relation to pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance
Your soft skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
