HR Manager Switzerland (f/m/d), 80-100%

In close collaboration with Global HRBPs, you shape and implement the Alpiq HR strategy for Alpiq Switzerland, adapting it the global HR roadmap and guidelines to the local needs and requirements whilst sticking to global HR standards and principles.
The aim of this role is to guarantee the attraction and engagement of the best talent, ensuring legislative labour compliance, facilitating and advising managers and employees throughout all the HR cycle, from the start of the Candidate experience till the start of the Alpiq-Alumni experience.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Co-design, co-develop and implement the HR strategy in Alpiq Switzerland together with the Global HRBPs and Centres of Excellence, aligned with the HR Alpiq Group strategy and ensuring that Employee Experience is the same across the whole Alpiq
  • Manage, supervise and/or execute all HR processes for Line Managers (direct reports to Business Unit Heads and below) and employees in Switzerland: recruitment, training, development, compensation and benefits, labour relations, personnel administration, internal communication in close alignment with HR Centres of Excellence processes and principles
  • Advise and support managers and employees in HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, as well as guide managers in leadership issues or difficult or conflictive situations
  • Identify Business needs and pulse to feed the rest of HR team with these inputs
  • Support, accompany, align and prioritise change processes
  • Actively participate in global HR projects and in the local development and implementation of Global HR processes
  • Support and accompany Alpiq change processes
  • Other HR tasks and needs of the Country and Group

Your Profile:

  • University degree with further training in Human Resources
  • 5-6 years previous experience in an international company and/or a matrix organization with generalist HR tasks
  • Good expertise in Swiss labour law
  • Strong IT affinity and process-efficiency/automation orientation
  • Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking, combining an excellent client orienta-tion with business focus
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to motivate and encourage innovation and pro-activity whilst challenging behaviours and attitudes that differ from Alpiq values
  • High level of initiative, independence and growth and thriving for excellence
  • Able to apply concrete measures and initiatives whilst keeping in mind the global picture
  • Fluent in English and French. German as strong asset
