Your daily work
- You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Based on your findings, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing and digital growth strategies tailored to clients' specific needs and objectives across industries.
- In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
- You will define KPI frameworks by leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making and track achievement of business goals.
- Last but not least, you will model business cases to forecast potential outcomes and assess the viability of proposed strategies.
Who you are
- You have a master's degree in Strategic Management, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, or a related field (MBA preferred, but not required).
- You have been able to gain 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a focus on developing and implementing growth strategies in the digital space.
- Ideally, you also have previous experience at a consulting company or large corporation.
- You possess a proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving business objectives through strategic initiatives.
- Similarly, you display strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- You have excellent communication skills in both German and English along with exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including C-level and C-1 level executives within large-scale organizations.
