- Overall management of projects in a matrix organization with internal and external stakeholders in industrialisation in an international context
- Responsibility for the planning, budgeting, organisation and successful implementation of challenging industrialisation projects with external partners
- Management of transfer projects for the smooth integration of technologies and processes
- Effective support of technical suppliers, especially in sterile production of medical devices
- Preparation of project proposals based on sound concept studies, which serve as a strategic basis for management decisions
- Ensuring that project targets (time, quality, quantity, costs) are met
- Close cooperation and regular exchange with our external Contract Manufacturer, Product Maintenance and internally with the Product Development, Product Management and Quality departments
- Engineering or Technical Degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, microtechnology, plastics technology or business administration
- Project management or several years of professional experience as a project manager in industrialisation, preferably in the field of medical device, pharmaceuticals, automotive industry, plastics processing
- Willingness to travel (internationally) up to 25%
- Independent worker with team spirit, solution-oriented and organised
- strong communication skills and comfortable in a very dynamic environment
- Very good language skills in English and German
- Spanish knowledge can be an advantage
