Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company in its mission to transform healthcare and drive positive change in the industry. The CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the business. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned executive to make a meaningful impact in delivering groundbreaking solutions that improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision to guide the company's growth and success in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive innovation, expand market presence, and achieve sustainable revenue growth.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and integrity, inspiring employees to deliver their best work and uphold the company's values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, industry partners, and investors.
  • Oversee the development and commercialization of new products and technologies, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and processes to optimize performance and resource utilization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of executive leadership in the healthcare industry, with significant experience (minimum 10 years) in senior management roles within medical companies.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry dynamics, in particular in Europe and Switzerland, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges and drive business success.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with a track record of delivering results and maximizing shareholder value.
  • University degree in economy or any related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, build consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to advancing healthcare through technology and scientific discovery.
  • Medical background or experience in a clinical setting may be advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Chinese and French is an advantage.

Location: Lausanne, Switzerland.
