Shipping Specialist

Ecorobotix is growing! To pursue our mission, we are looking for a:
Your Missions :
- Assist the head of logistics department in day-to-day shipment organization.
- Proofread documents and forms.
- Follow-up with transporters to make sure goods are delivered on time.
- Arrange the shipping of spare parts.
- Insure the importation of goods and follow up on deliveries.
- Take part in the picking process.
Your Profile :
- Bachelor, or equivalent, in Shipping and/or Logistics.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms;
- Comfortable in communicating with transport companies and our logistics department.
- Good knowledge of Business English (any certificate is a plus).
- Fluent in French.

Our perks and working conditions :
- Starting date: As soon as possible.
- Contract type: Part-time (60% - 80%).
- Location : 10min from Yverdon-les-Bains (accessible via public transport).
