Global Operations Controller
We are looking for a new team member to join our Finance team to contribute to the development of long-term organizational goals.
Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance and analyze financial data both for our main operations in Switzerland as well as globally
Provide insightful financial analysis to support informed decision-making
Oversee and optimize operational processes and procedures
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Translate strategic plans into actionable operational initiatives
Use analytical insights to improve operational performance and drive business growth
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Collaborate closely with other Operations and non-operations departments as well as local plant finance managers to gather data, align financial strategies, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
Identify financial risks and implement strategies to reduce them
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong understanding of operational processes and improvement strategies
Extensive hands-on experience working with SAP including the ability to optimize processes within the system
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and implementation
Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Highly analytical with a knack for data interpretation and trend analysis
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
