The Graduate School is a dynamic and fast growing business unit of EHL Hospitality Business School. It has a growing portfolio of diverse graduate level offers including degree programs, Executive Education, and Advisory and Training solutions for professionals and organizations. It is also home to research institutes including the Institute of Customer Experience Management, Affective Hospitality Institute, Quantitas, Institute of Business Creativity, Hospitality Real Estate & Finance Institute and, Institute of Nutrition R&D.

To complete our team and for a permanent position, we are looking for a:

Your mission

The Digital Education Manager oversees the development and roll-out of EHL Graduate School’s online learning programs and ecosystem.

They are accountable for the implementation of the Graduate School’s online learning approach by overseeing instructional design, course content production, learning management systems and processes.

Working closely with the degree programs and executive education teams, you will create new online learning courses and improve systems and processes in line with the related business objectives.

You will manage a digital learning team, as well as internal & external stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts (faculty), product managers, IT, and production partners.

We are looking to complete our team with an individual that has a customer-first mindset, strong project and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to combine pedagogic and technological know-how to oversee the design of effective online learning solutions.

What will you do?

• You will oversee in-house online learning course content development with subject matter experts and production partners;
• You will recommend and implement innovative ways to create and deliver online learning content using pedagogical best practices and emerging EdTech;
• You will oversee diverse digital projects to develop front and back-end systems and processes for online learning solutions;
• You will manage a digital learning team, internal stakeholder relationships, and production partners;
• You will manage the online education investment budget and ROI to ensure the best use of resources.

Who you are?

• You have a Bachelor's or master’s degree in business management. Academic credentials in education, digital learning & instructional technology are a plus.
• You have more than 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• You have demonstrated online instructional design / pedagogical engineering skills;
• You have proven experience designing, producing, and managing online learning content, as well as experience working with online education software and tools (e.g. Learning Management Systems, emerging EdTech tools);
• You have strong communication, stakeholder, people and project management skills.
• You have professional working proficiency in English (minimum C1). French is a plus.
