Tasks & Responsibilities
- Personnel leadership and technical management of the Marketing Switzerland division
- Support to develop B. Braun brand positioning in Switzerland, identify target audiences, and lead develop of marketing plans
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performance team of product marketing managers to drive commercialization of B. Braun products & solutions across the entire B. Braun product portfolio
- Develop a highly competitive product offering in Switzerland and ensure future product pipeline in collaboration with global marketing team
- Create and implement new business models in collaboration with sales to drive market penetration, long term profitability
- Lead the development of value propositions, marketing plans, campaigns and selling tools and collaborate with Sales Head on sales and business plans
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows through direct engagement and data-driven insights
- Drive collaboration with a wide group of internal and external stakeholders concerning product launch, development and commercialization
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of Marketing initiatives and ensure that product strategies are continuously refined based on customer value delivery and market dynamics
- Work in close collaboration with global product management to ensure awareness of Swiss requirements
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies in close coordination with those responsible in Sales Switzerland and taking into account global priorities
- Successful development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Close collaboration with the Swiss sales team and other local and global stakeholders
- Analysis, definition and monitoring of the product portfolio
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Establish a KOL network of expert HCP in different therapies and clinical pathways
Professional skills
- Solid education in business administration
- Experience leading product launches
- Experience in people leadership and a proven track record of people development
- Several years of experience in a management position in marketing
- Relevant knowledge/experience in the field of digital marketing including corporate social media
- In-depth knowledge of the current healthcare market (especially hospitals)
- Experience in dealing with an international matrix organization

- High level of social and leadership skills with assertiveness
- Strong self-motivation, high motivation and management skills
