The Role

The Amazon Global Advertising Manager  is responsible to design, deliver and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders breakthrough yet cost-effective media strategies for our Amazon campaigns, with the goal of contributing to Logitech brand building while driving conversion to our portfolio.

The area of responsibility covers all aspects of Amazon & Twitch Advertising campaigns, including sponsored products-brands- brands video, display ads, audience definition and segmentation, programmatic, retargeting. In this role, you will need to  work closely with Amazon, media agencies, Logitech Amazon teams regionally and Logitech Marketing teams. You will leverage your analytical capabilities to monitor the success KPI’s and recommend to our markets investments guidelines, upgrade the tools and reports as well as agencies partners to keep improving our performance and impact.

  • Design and deliver long-term media strategy for the brands as well as customised plans for key product launches, marketing initiatives, big events.

  • Analyse, monitor and recommend corrective actions to maximise the ROI from media spend.

  • Closely monitor competitive media activities

  • Drive best practice sharing and execution across the regions through various forums. 

  • Ensure full integration and consistency across all markets whilst capitalizing on local opportunities (be global act local).

  • Drive reporting integration and leverage data to measure performance, define success and improve our media decision making across multiple digital media campaigns

  • Coordinate OPEX Amazon awareness investment to deliver end to end integrated campaigns

  • Develop and engage with Amazon Advertising & Twitch  in order to build partnerships & campaigns beyond just pure media buying.

  • Leadership skills to create strong internal/external relationships, while being a global team player.

  • Manage global portfolio of media agencies.

  • Be on top of the latest Media and Digital trends, to keep sharpening our performance and competitive edge.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • > 6 years of experience, with majority in domains relevant to the requirements of this role.
  • Strong experience in marketing communications, campaign development and of course media planning and buying
  • Academic and professional understanding of an ever-changing media landscape
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience in analytics building capability within an organization
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and managerial level of strategic thinking
  • Agile approach to management (creative and curious mind)
  • Ability to collaborate and manage platforms and tools used by media partners as well as ability to work in matrix structure with a global/regional remit
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Managed 2+ Regions (Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific)
  • Understanding of the multichannel structure (online & offline)
