Job Purpose

The Trainee will support Product Development & Guest Experience team in the development and improvement of the budget procedures and processes while maintaining focus on the day-to-day activities relating to the division.

 

Job Purpose
In line with the Product Development & Guest Experience Department strategies and guidelines, the Administration Trainee is responsible for providing an excellent administrative support to the Corporate Entertainment Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Works with the Travel Team, supports the entertainers performing on board of our vessels with their travel arrangements (flight, hotel, and cabins)
• Daily and Priority Pass requests for the Enrichment Personnel, Guest Artists and Production Personnel
• Supports Entertainment Coordinator in organisation of payments for the above-mentioned personnel
• Follows up the work of the Entertainment external suppliers: from preparing a vendor form, to the items provision, and the communication to the Purchasing Department
• Monitors monthly invoices and execution of contracts with suppliers of services
• Supports the whole Entertainment Team in numerous projects' implementation

Job-Requirements: skills, competencies, experience


• Fluent English
• Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Graduating or recently graduated with a Bachelor degree or CFC in Administration
• At least one previous internship in an administrative role, preferably in the tourism industry
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• High flexibility and adaptability to last minute changes
• Ability to communicate with a variety of backgrounds and cultures

Profil minimum requis :
  • At least one previous internship in an administrative role, preferably in the tourism industry
  • A previous experience in the Entertainment field
