Die Aufgaben der Logistiker umfassen also den Transport, die Lagerung, Beschaffung und weitere Stationen der Wertschöpfungskette. Mon client, entreprise industrielle et internationale recherche son future Executive Assistant (h/f).
Vos activités chez votre futur employeur
  • Manage and maintain schedules for Executives, arrange meetings and appointments on a daily basis.
  • Ensure there is no scheduling conflicts and priorities and balance duties to make sure key meeting take place on a timely basis.
  • Make all travel arrangements and make sure all travel details and logistics are managed properly; arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, compile documents for travel-related meetings and make their travel expenses on a weekly basis.
  • Assists Senior Management with travel arrangements, lodging, visa process, etc.. when needed.
  • Arrange the logistics and materials of meetings, videoconference, punctual business lunches, dinners, local team event, order taxis, etc.
  • Act as liaison between departments to facilitate communication at the Executive level, by establishing and maintain strong relationships with employees at all corporate levels and with clients.
  • Manage the flow of information to members of the Executive team, by screening phone calls, responding and distributing incoming communications.
  • Performs routine and advanced administrative duties in a highly professional manner with minimal supervision required.
  • Create purchase order, verify invoice of supplies and ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner.
  • Insure coverage of the reception by assisting in answering the telephone and the door, and in receiving hosting guests.
  • Works in conjunction and proactively with other administrative staff to provide coverage and assistance when on vacation and when needed on a daily basis.
  • Contributes to administration team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Vos atouts pour votre futur employeur
  • CFC de commerce or Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in a similar role and providing support at a high level
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS-Office Suite
  • Fluent English and French, any other language is a plus
  • Perfect knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, Executives, external and internal partners.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem- solving with strong decision- making capability
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Demonstrate ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
