Your Impact

• Take over responsibility for local marketing activities in central Switzerland region (Luzern & Zug).
• Plan, budget, control and report of regional marketing activities and plan and execute events, direct and digital marketing activities, sponsoring engagements, and marketing materials.
• Offer professional marketing advice to internal clients; support business planning and develop marketing plans for existing or new solutions.
• Take over project management of specific national Flagship events and sponsorships.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital media, social networks and traditional advertising.
• Create and manage campaigns via Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well as web pages, blog posts and social-media contents/campaigns.
• Be a member of the Swiss marketing team and collaborate closely with the Partner in charge of the region.

Your Skill Set

• 4-5 years minimum of professional experience in (event) marketing; degree or similar education in marketing.
• Proven track record in marketing and campaign management; marketing campaign management via Salesforce marketing and previous experience in B2B and professional services is a plus.
• Experience in project management and data analysis; copy writing is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English as well as excellent writing skills in both languages.
• Technology proficiency and affinity for digital tools.
• Teamplayer with an eye for details.
• Quick learner, curiosity and flexibility.
