As part of the Mobile Product Management Team B2C you deliver innovative Products and Services with best-in-class Customer experience to become the national champion in the swiss telco market. Our culture: We are passionate, bold, and one.
- Product Strategy: Define and implement the product roadmap for Roaming, eSIM, and Mobile Broadband solutions for B2C customers
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Value Proposition, Sales, Customer Operations, IT and Network) to develop and launch innovative products that meet market demands
- Performance Optimization: Monitor product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve the customer experience, optimize pricing, and refine product offerings
- Customer Focus: Champion the customer experience by gathering feedback, challenge the status quo, and ensuring product enhancements directly address customer pain points
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all teams
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- Proven track record in a Product Management Role, preferably in the Telco Industry. Experience with Roaming, eSIM, and Mobile Broadband solutions is a strong plus
- Passion for delivering products & services that enhance customer experience, with a focus on simplicity and innovation
- Good data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights and trends into actionable strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English
