Junior Quality Assurance Specialist (80 - 100%)

Your mission

Quality Assurance

• Create comprehensive test cases based on product specifications and development team guidelines.
• Manage test cycles and coordinate with other testers to ensure efficient testing processes.
• Validate releases to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Prioritize known issues and actively participate in weekly meetings.

Go-to-Market

• Prepare documentation to ensure smooth and successful product releases.
• Announce product updates to internal stakeholders.
• Manage the distribution channels of software & apps (incl. App and Play Store pages).

Training & Support

• Provide second-level support by reviewing and addressing bugs escalated by the first- level support team.
• Provide first-level support for targeted projects/customers.
• Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proactive approach, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and/or German.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and release management processes.
