We are seeking an analyst to join our Investor Relations team based in Vevey, Switzerland. In this role, you will help manage the flow of information between Nestlé's management and the financial community (including analysts, investors and shareholders).
A day in the life of an Inverstors Relations Analyst
o Analyze and understand Nestlé's operations and trading performance, financial results, reporting and ESG (environmental, social and governance) practices o Provide support in originating financial press releases, strategic narrative, investment case, presentation material and sections of the Annual Review o Build strong relationships and trust with the financial community by helping investors to make informed investment decisions about Nestlé. Gather investors' feedback and provide input to management o Attend investor-focused activities such as investor meetings, roadshows and broker conferences with and without management o Analyze shareholder ownership to identify gaps and opportunities. What will make you successful
o Master degree required, preferably in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or Economics o Minimum of 3 years work experience in Investor Relations, Finance, Accounting or related positions. Financial analysis and/or FMCG experience is a plus o Understanding of corporate finance, financial reporting/modeling and company strategy o Ability to closely collaborate and build strong relationships with management and different functions within the organization o Strong financial and analytical skills o Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and desire to work in a team o Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines o Ability to travel, up to 10% of the time o Fluent in English (preferably native speaker)
